Opened in the Summer of 2018, The Pheasant was the dream of owners Adam & Erica Dunn.
Four years after Adam co-founded a successful seafood business in Brooklyn,
Adam & Erica had grown tired of City life, dreaming of ways to relocate full time to Cape Cod.
In the Summer of 2017, the couple noticed the iconic Red Pheasant Inn had been listed for sale
by long time owners Bill & Denise Atwood and believed they had found their opportunity.
Adam & Erica Dunn are incredibly excited to build upon the legacy the Atwoods' created
and are looking forward to making new memories for customers for another forty years.
Adam has been coming to Dennis with his family each summer for the last twenty five years
and Adam and Erica were married in the Fall of 2014 at the Cape Cod Museum of Art.
At The Pheasant, the focus is on sustainable locally-sourced dining and gracious but approachable hospitality.
Executive Chef Toby Hill sources the best of local and seasonal ingredients to create dynamic and bold flavors
and made-from-scratch menus. We are committed to using only sustainably fished and farmed products and all
of the seafood on our menu is wild caught, seasonal, and landed in local New England waters.
We invite you to join us in the warm inviting atmosphere of a historic 200 year old farmhouse, with casual yet professional service, outstanding cocktails, wine and beautiful inventive dishes cooked from as close to the source as possible.
We take pride in sourcing as many ingredients from right here on Cape Cod.
