Grill Time!: An Evening with Cookbook Author, Noah Galuten

Join us outside in The Pheasant Garden on Sunday, May 31 at 5PM for an evening celebrating the launch of Grill Time, the new book from chef and author Noah Galuten — and our very first event since the kitchen renovation and reopening.

In partnership with Knopf Cooks and sponsored by Spindrift and Baldor, this book tour stop brings together live-fire cooking, great company, and a menu built around the open flame. Expect bold flavors and a few surprises — but here's a look at what's in store:
