HOW DO I BOOK A RESERVATION?
All of our reservation availability (for parties of 1-6) will be found on our tock.com page. If you are not seeing your desired day or time available, you may add yourself to the waitlist. You will receive an automatic notification to book any table that becomes available within your preferred time.
Please do not book two reservations in an attempt to be a party larger than 6. We will not be able to combine the reservations into one larger party. Parties larger than 6 will require a 'large reservation experience' with our family-style pre fixe menu.
When making a reservation, a $10 deposit per guest is required to confirm your booking. If you have to cancel, we ask that you do so by 5:00pm the day prior to your reservation. Reservations cancelled after that (as well as no-shows) will forfeit their deposit.
HOW DO I ADJUST THE RESERVATION I MADE?
Most changes that are available for an existing reservation will be shown on Tock. You may contact the restaurant via email at info@pheasantcapecod.com on days we are open to make adjustments to your party size if needed.
The window for cancelations ends at noon on the day of your booking. You will need to contact the restaurant directly to cancel a reservation within 6 hrs of your scheduled booking. A fee may still be incurred if you cancel past this time.
DO YOU OFFER OUTDOOR DINING?
We have four tables available in our garden area for outdoor dining reservations. Each of which can accommodate up to 6 guests. In the event of inclement weather we will to close outdoor dining for your and our teams safety. If you are booking for a special occasion we encourage you to book indoors so you won’t be disappointed if the weather doesn’t cooperate. We cannot guarantee requests on an indoor reservation to move outside and vice versa. The full dinner menu is available on our outdoor dining tables.
DO YOU HAVE A BAR?
We have 7 bar stools available as well as two high-top tables, each of which can accommodate 1-3 guests. All bar seating is available first come, first serve daily. The full dinner menu is available at the bar.
CAN I WALK-IN WITHOUT A RESERVATION?
While reservations are recommended, we do our best to accommodate walk-ins and it’s always worth stopping in if you are in the neighborhood. We tend to have more flexibility and shorter wait times Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday evenings. Wait times are often shortest earlier or later in the evening.
CAN I BRING SMALL CHILDREN?
We recommend coming on the early side with children. Our focaccia and off-menu kids pasta and chicken tenders are popular with little ones. It can be difficult to accommodate strollers in our intimate dining rooms, but we do have a limited number of high chairs available for kids. Please include your child in your party size so we can plan accordingly. Our tables for two cannot accommodate a high chair for a child as well as two adults. There is no way to "squeeze" them in. Two adults and a child need to be sat at a table for 4 in order for there to be adequate room at the table as well as for guests at surrounding tables.
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS & ALLERGIES?
We can accommodate many dietary restrictions. If you have compound restrictions or allergies please reach out in advance of booking your reservation so we can confirm we can accommodate you. The best way to reach us is via email info@pheasantcapecod.com.
HOW DO I GET IN CONTACT WITH THE RESTAURANT?
We are a small restaurant with a small team and direct our focus to service during hours of operation. All restaurant inquiries are handled via email. Please send a note to info@pheasantcapecod.com and we will reply as soon as we can.
